Content and Social Marketing Manager

PLANO, TX

The ResMan marketing team is looking for a smart, creative, and data-driven Content and Social Media Marketing Manager. Your content will drive awareness, thought leadership and support lead generation and account-based marketing campaigns. You will also own the social media strategy for ResMan, including the voice and audience growth planning for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.  

In this role, you’ll work closely with campaign, digital, and product marketing teams to deliver B2B content assets that drive measurable results. You will be a self-starter able to think big, invent, and lead the creation and successful execution of rich content and social marketing production pipeline, including defining and managing performance metrics. 

Key Responsibilities Include;

Content Strategy & Development

 Write, edit, produce and deliver compelling brand narratives, ebooks, white papers, blogs, case studies, thought leadership webinars, newsletters, landing page/web copy, and more. 

  • Map content needs against customer buying journey, SEO strategy and product go-to-market plans to develop a roadmap, process, and plan for addressing content gaps. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, campaign, digital, and executive leadership, to drive the content strategy forward.
  • Leverage freelancers as needed to deliver against content plan – structuring assignments, coordinating subject matter experts, editing and publishing the content produced by freelancers  
  • Manage all aspects of content production (writing, editing, design, and distribution); propose new ways of delivering content that expands awareness and consideration of ResMan’s business.
  • Track and report content effectiveness metrics to internal stakeholders and continually monitor, analyze, and tune messaging to maximize conversion. Maintain scalable, repeatable methods of measurement, and performance tracking for content.


Social Strategy & Development

  • Continue to evolve ResMan’s social media strategy, driving audience growth and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Generate on-brand ideas and execute the creation of engaging content using memes, images, and video content
  • Manage and interact with the brand community on our social channels, engaging with followers in the appropriate tone and voice while promoting the brand.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience sentiment, and analytics to create actionable insights for the marketing team
  • Own social selling education company-wide to drive meaningful employee social engagement on Gaggle AMP and LinkedIn.
  • Manage all aspects of social distribution, including scheduling content, community management, and optimizing posts for search and engagement.

 

To qualify for this position, you will have

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing 
  • Outstanding copywriting and editing skills
  • Produced content for a variety of mediums, including social media campaigns, and written content to drive SEO strategy
  • Used data, website and campaign metrics to measure impact and determine improvements in social and content programs
  • Used social media platforms (e.g., HubSpot Social Media Tools) 
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Some familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., web CMS, marketing automation, image editing, web analytics).

  • Experience in or connection to property management industry (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, Real-estate software industry or as a user of these types of solutions (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, even when it’s outside the scope of the job.
