Outcomes & Essential Functions 

  • Action oriented, hunter mentality to consistently achieve new customer acquisition goals 

  • Develop and executive territory strategy to drive ResMan customer footprint by identifying sales opportunities from assigned accounts as well as marketing led channels to accelerate velocity of our market share 

  • Communicate value of the ResMan Platform to target organizations.  Build consensus across multiple departments.   

  • Become a domain expert in both property management and ResMan to develop trusted relationships with our prospective customers 

  • Deliver operational excellence in forecasting sales activity, report pipeline creation and track activities using Salesforce.  Leverage metrics for continuous improvement.   

  • Execute a defined sales process 

  • Our sales professionals receive a competitive performance-based compensation package with uncapped earning potential 

Must Have’s 

  • Unrelenting passion for winning 

  • 7+ years of sales experience at a technology company, preferably SaaS 

  • Proven track record of achieving sales quota  

  • Experience in leading B2B sales motion, platform sales a plus 

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Creative approach to problem solving 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft suite of solutions 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Some travel required – depending on current market conditions and territory needs.
